WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of accomplishment as an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Bachelors or Associates Degree a plus. In addition, the following competencies and experience are required:
A team player with excellent customer service, communication, and mastery in planning and organization.
Individual must possess a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Efficiency and ability to prioritize are essential.
Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills and sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability and success in an environment with changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel), Delta View and email software.
Excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and written communication skills.
Background in or familiarity with Technology, Real Estate and/or Bankruptcy law a plus.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Technology and Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate/Bankruptcy Law units. Responsibilities include:
Type, format, edit, and in certain cases draft various documents, including correspondence.
Handle incoming phone calls. Respond to various business inquiries with a professional demeanor and understand the confidential nature of the job.
Maintain and coordinate individual calendars.
Coordinate conferences, meetings, and appointments
Open, organize and maintain files.
May assist in training other administrative assistants.
Provide overflow support to other administrative assistants.
Assist with and work on additional tasks as assigned.
