Overview:
Entry level position in Administrative job family. Incumbents are competent with office procedures and equipment, have advanced clerical skills.



Responsibilities:

Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve minor problems of limited scope
Apply basic reasoning skills
Prioritize own workload
Provide confidential secretarial, clerical and administrative support including but not limitied to, typing, filing, phones, reception work, mail processing
Interview callers make proper referrals
Research, analyze and summarize basic information
Prepare charts, graphs, tables or graphics using PC software packages
Initiate and respond to routine correspondence following established guidelines and procedures
Track budget, process invoices and expense reports
Compose routine correspondence, correct grammar, punctuation, spelling
Maintain calendars, files, order supplies, set up meetings and travel arrangements
Perform other duties as instructed



Qualifications:
1-2 years office clerical experience
Working knowledge of general office equipment; PC literate and knowledge of office software programs
High School diploma
Good interpersonal and communication skills
