Overview:
This position is responsible for processing all incoming payments from insureds and agents for Western United Insurance.



Responsibilities:
Post incoming payments. Reinstate policies or take any other appropriate action while posting payments. Answer customer service requests via email regarding payment status. Process NSF checks and issue proper cancellation notices on policies. Reconcile Agency statements. Prepare payments for deposit. Distribute endorsement payments & maintain organization to process checks when endorsement is completed. Sorts mail and distribute payments accordingly. And return unacceptable payments.



Qualifications:
High School diploma. Ten key by touch. Finance experience helpful. Basic familiarity with computers. Good oral and written communications skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Eager to learn new tasks. Seek out opportunities to help rather than waiting to be asked.
