WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A qualified CLAIMS ADJUSTER who will have the following experience:



Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of Workers' Compensation experience

California experience and self-insured certification highly preferred

excellent customer service skills

ability to work well in a team environment

computer skills required

strong verbal and written skills

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

We are seeking a Workers' Compensation claim handler for our Specialty Risk Services (SRS) Albertson's Team. The selected individual will be assigned to handle a dedicated account. Responsibilities will include the investigation and reserving of claims, medical and disability management, in addition to valuation and disposition of all claims assigned. Customer service is a key responsibility, which includes prompt contact and timely return of all calls.

SRS is a division of the Hartford and handles claims as a third party administrator. This position is located in our Albertson's Unit in our Brea, CA office.
