We seek an experienced professional and decision-maker who can successfully investigate, negotiate and conclude personal lines auto and homeowner claims, many of them complex in nature. A strong sense of organization will keep you on top of the large volume of calls you'll be working, and your business savvy will help you make financially sound resolutions to issues. Minimum starting annualized salary: $39,288 + DOE.

We seek candidates with:

Knowledge of investigation and negotiation techniques as well as legal and medical terminology, PIP homeowner and comparative negligence concepts, CIU recognition and coverage

Insurance license (or ability to obtain) for required states

Excellent verbal/written communication skills and sound judgment

Some college preferred
