Claims Team Leader

Time after time, Progressive has turned the insurance industry upside down through its innovative services, its use of technology and its continual push to be the No. 1 choice for auto insurance.This position will be responsible for managing 4 large loss/ litigation representatives.Able to develop claims representatives; accountable for team results; complete QA reviews, office diary and authority reviews and provide feedback;work closely with and train new representatives; ensure proper triage; improve individual adjuster performance; handle complaint calls/service recovery; meet final candidates in hiring process; contribute and participate in the performance management process; focus on key measures; possess and demonstrate technical claims competency; calibrate file standards to Corporate audit.* Must be certified in four skill blocks.* Must be an effective team member.* Thorough understanding of Immediate Response process and systems.At Progressive, status quo won't cut it.
