Job Description
Acts as primary management interface to assigned production customers. Manages and administers activities of team assigned to account to ensure that quality and quantity of work performed meet customer requirements and company profit and utilization standards. Initiates and maintains two-way communications between customer team and dti and resolves issues in a mutually agreeable manner. Relying on knowledge of both the customer's processes and requirements and dti's products and services, consults with customer to identify follow-on services and sales opportunities. Often involved in recruiting new Customer Service employees. Reports to Vice President of Customer Service.

Job Qualifications


A related degree and seven or more years of related insurance technology experience, at least three of which have been at the management level.

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, and superior interpersonal skills.

Understanding of insurance software--CPCU a plus.

Prior Account or Project Management required.

Some travel will be required.
