Job Responsibilities:



You will provide new and existing retirement plan participants with the appropriate guidance to assist corporate clients across all levels of investment knowledge in meeting their retirement goals.



You must be able to explain in detail the pros and cons of various financial strategies, investment vehicles, including portfolio/asset allocation. This requires an excellent overall knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management, including in-depth knowledge in areas of asset allocation, qualified plans, estates and security trading.



Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills are needed to offer financial advice in a call center environment and on site with clients. You will consult with high level clients and first time investors; and must have the sales and consultative skills as well as the ability to motivate others to take action.



You will be responsible for delivering education and advice group presentations and individual consultations. This position may require up to 50% travel based upon our business need. You will travel to and with clients. This is an exempt position and travel may include nights, weekends and can exceed a forty hour week.





Qualifications:


Minimum three years experience in investments or financial services industry.
Series 7 and 63 licenses are required and a 66 license is highly desirable, or must be obtained within three months of employment.
Approved professional designation must be obtained within two years.
Professional fluency in Spanish, Cantonese or Vietnamese is highly desired.
