The ACE Human Resource organization seeks an individual with strong expertise to join us as a full cycle recruiter. This role, a blend of tactical execution coupled with human capital strategy allows the right candidate exposure to three key areas of talent acquisition:
* Internal Client Interaction
* Expert Candidate Relations
* Strong Connection to Business Outcomes
This role, located in our Woodland Hills, California office, will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to coordinate recruitment process for candidates at exempt, non-exempt and executive levels.
This key individual will manage some or all of recruiting/hiring process which includes:
* Create job specifications
* Communicate needs to staff to generate referrals/leads
* Manage all aspects of candidate sourcing:
o Update and maintain our current opportunities via the internet and internally
o Make calls to potential candidates, schedule interviews and document resumes
o Research and establish new resources to attract national Property and Casualty talent
o Conduct initial phone screens to pre-qualify potential candidates
o Actively recruit national candidates when called upon
* Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the executive level
* Close/Negotiate compensation
* Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
* Support immigration/H1-B process
Functional/Industry Knowledge:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large firm or agency
* Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
* Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
* Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
* Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships
* Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires
* Good organizational skills
* Some knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits
* Knowledge of skill sets of various practice areas
* Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions
* Ability to work with support staff; administrative and coordinators
* Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the company
* Negotiating skills
* Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidate tracking systems)
