Job Duties:


Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the financial marketplace and a strong knowledge across life and health insurance, mutual funds, variable annuities and banking products.

Demonstrates a sales orientation, confidence, motivation, and goal orientation to capitalize on opportunity.

Works with targeted agents demonstrating how to sell life and health insurance, mutual funds, variable annuities and banking products.

Demonstrates a good understanding of the competition in the market and stays current with industry and competitive changes.

Leverages the resources of Field leaders, and Marketing as need to develop sales pieces, presentations, and sales promotions.

Provides product training through individual and group sessions to help grow agent and licensed staff knowledge of investment products.

Uses strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial products in understandable terms.
