WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Experience/in-depth knowledge of Group lines of business, working with business customers to determine how to meet business needs from a business/technical perspective
Knowledgeable in business operations, requirements gathering, information systems and software development life cycle knowledge, and business process development or redesign
Experience/in-depth knowledge of SalesLogix application
Familiarity with web based and client/server applications, and SQL/SQL Plus, and Tracker
Strong background in test plan creation and execution, documentation, excellent writing skills
Superior customer service skills
Flexible schedule (occasional late nights/weekends) a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be a team player

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Provide Team leadership and work coordination with business sponsors.
Develop detailed business requirements documents.
Participate in all levels of testing inclusive of test assignments such as test plan/script preparation, execution and evaluation, level of completion, test schedule and defect management.
Prepare and coordinate estimates.
Lead project planning/review sessions with business partners and team members.
Develop cost benefit analysis for business solutions.
Assist in the development of technical specifications.
Lead (or participate) in the scoping, requirements gathering and solution design phases of assignments or medium/large projects.
Develop project plans and lead projects from requirements phases, through design and testing, and maintenance phases.
Facilitate and communicate change management and business processes to address complex business issues in a cost effective manner.
Serve as a liaison between development across divisional organization for process and business improvement, processes and systems integration. Resolve conflict and remove barriers to ensure successful resolution of issues.
Develop relationships with clients and vendors by being proactive, displaying a thorough understanding of the business, and provide timely and accurate information through written and oral communication or formal presentations.
Identify and recommend best practices to be used in the automated solutions.
Serve as a business subject matter expert for one or more specific business processes.
Serve as a mentor and coach for Business Analysts and Designers in the organization.
Provide detailed business and technical specifications for WEB application developers remotely and onsite.
