Overview:
This position is responsible for scanning all new mail documents associated with the claims department into imaging software for Western United Insurance.



Responsibilities:
Scan incoming claims documents and related data. Route documents via email to the appropriate mailbox. Receive, open, and sort incoming mail. Prepares all documents for scanning, remove staples, paper clips, etc. Evaluate the quality of images, indicating poor quality documents. Maintenance on mail and imaging equipment as necessary.



Qualifications:
High School diploma. Basic familiarity with computers and basic data entry skills. Alpha numeric filing knowledge. Capable of lifting between 10-20 lbs. Ability to work in a team environment. Eager to learn new tasks.Demonstrate initiative.
