WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an Installation Specialist to join our Team! The successful incumbent must have 3+ years experience in defined contribution administration, specifically in the 401(k) market. Experience in defined contribution record keeping, strong organization skills as well as ability to deliver superior customer service.

A strong team player to work in a fast paced environment to develop the home office relationship with our Defined Contribution plan sponsors during the installation process of their plan to The Hartford.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

Responsible for the installation of Defined Contribution plans to the OMNI record keeping system. Coordinates the transfer of assets and data from the prior carrier(s). Reconciles participant data and obtains approval of the reconciliation from the Plan Trustee. Provides regular communication with the plan sponsor, broker, field, and internal areas, regarding status of case. Manage the installation timeline to ensure delivery dates are adhered to by all parties. Must be able to manage the flow of incoming information from multiple sources effectively and efficiently.

WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?

At The Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. The pay opportunity for positions within this tier ranges from $30,000 to $60,000. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program including medical insurance, a 401K Plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and more.
