Unlimited Earnings Potential: At Bankers Life and Casualty Company, six figure incomes are reality. We have top new Agents earning $170,000 or more in their first year, veteran Agents earning $300,000 or more. Need we say more?

Lead and Prospecting Programs: Bankers uses a state-of-the-art online lead generation program that allows Agents access to some of the most sought-after prospects in the country. Whether you choose the online program or take advantage of the Agent-driven resources, you can be confident in knowing your efforts are supported by a lead prospecting system that's proven to be one of the most successful in the industry.

As a Bankers' agent you will also have access to a wide variety of advertising and prospecting tools designed to fit your business-building needs. Plus, you may also have the ability to pay for them through the company-sponsored Branch Prospecting Allowance (BPA) program. By using traditional advertising methods such as newspaper, direct mail, radio or yellow pages advertising or more conventional means such as publication inserts, automated mail leads, seminars or exhibits, you'll have access to time-tested materials that will help you generate leads and make sales.

Recognition Programs: In addition to our second-to-none compensation package, we have developed recognition and reward programs designed to award the top producing Agents of our organization. We sponsor a first-class Annual Convention, creative Sales Campaigns and a Sales Leaders Trip for our elite Agents.



REQUIREMENTS



Prior sales or account management experience within the insurance industry is not required but preferred.


Existing broker relationships and/or industry association memberships are very helpful, as would a background in ancillary sales.


Strong relationship skills, ability to successfully interact with customers
