WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Qualified candidates will have the following requirements:

We are looking for a leader with strong functional and operational skills that will effectively align and manage employees to reach company goals. Additional skills include negotiation skills, quantitative skills, time/organization management, as well as critical thinking. Strong business acumen, analytical and decision making skills a must. Must be a change agent and provide influence and possess high level of integrity. Strong communications written and verbal required. College degree and equivalent work experience, graduate/MBA level a plus. Prior leadership and mentoring experience preferred. 6-8 years of functional claim experience with justified high level of performance and achievement over career span. SCLA, AIC, CPCU or other professional designation or working toward such designation a plus.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

Successful incumbents will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled adjusters that handle complex general liability claims, products liability, errors and ommissions, patent infringement, personal and advertising liability claims and a high volume of litigated claims.
