A nationwide vendor for the insurance industry seeking experienced people to perform Loss Control Survey field work in the Phoenix area. Candidates must have experience conducting Property and Casualty insurance risk assessment surveys. 2+ years experience plus a knowledge and a thorough understanding of Workers' Compensation, Auto, General Liability and Property coverage's is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Applicants must have a Home Computer with high speed Internet access. A digital camera is also needed for taking photos of property. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation as work involves primarily local travel with some limited regional and national travel possible. Responsibilities include inspecting property, business operations and vehicles to evaluate physical conditions, safety practices and potential hazardous situations. Must have the ability to observe and evaluate business operations to determine hazards and ascertain if adequate safety procedures are in place to minimize loss potential. Must issue a written report outlining findings and making recommendations.
