We are currently seeking a collaborative professional with exceptional leadership abilities to manage the efforts of our Consumer Connection Quality Audit Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new and developing department where you would help create the quality audit and accredation program to support product concept testing, proactive issue identification and action planning. The individual in this role will gain skills and experience that could lead to a variety of advancement opportunities.



Primary responsibilities include:


Managing a group of Quality Management Specialists and Quality Monitors
Collaborating with new product design teams for quality plan development
Lead quality audit tool design teams
Performing quality analysis of processes
Writing reports
Collaborating with process teams to create process quality improvement plans
Representing the quality department in corporate meetings
Providing consulting support to site management regarding performance issues



Demonstrated experience in quality process auditing and data analysis in a health call center is required. Significant management experience is essential. MS Office proficiency is a must. A background with quality audits and quality system development is preferred. A Six Sigma background is a huge plus. Health care experience is a must.
