Overview:
This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks for the Material Damage Department, such as but not limited to pulling estimates from the system, assign them to Staff Appraisers or I/As for reinspections, completing turnaround reports, and submitting estimates to the imaging system.



Responsibilities:
· Pull estimates from imaging or from the estimating program following specific criteria.
· Assign estimates to specific Staff Appraisers or I/As.
· Complete and maintain accurate workflow reports.
· Complete and maintain accurate log report.
· Stay current with new mail and related correspondence.
· Complete and submit formal reports in a timely manner.
· Back up associates in their absence.
Assist with other duties and/or projects as assigned by management.



Qualifications:
· One-year administrative experience.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Must possess strong analytical skills.
· Demonstrate telephone etiquette skills.
· Strong familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Window applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
