Mental Health Professional Counselor

This position is seeking a mental health counselor at Master's Degree level to work in a 24/7 center

We are currently looking for Mental Health Professional Counselor for our client United Health Group. This is a 3 month contract to hire position. The pay rate on contract is $35 - $40/Hr 1099 (depending on experience).





***MUST BE A LICENSED COUNSELOR***
**MUST have the ability to handle many ethnic groups.**
**The shifts are evenings and nights. Times are somewhat adjustable but they are basically 3 or 4 to 11 or 12. Nights are midnight to 8:30 am. Will work with individuals who would like to work 10 hour shifts and reduce the number of days worked if they are interested in 4 days. Not hiring for 12 hour shifts.**

Position involved in intake and referral, routine outpatient care management, or medical affairs research performed by Master's level counselors who are not necessarily licensed but who have significant experience in the field of mental health. This position is seeking a mental health counselor at Master's Degree level to work in a 24/7 program center for information referral or medical authorization. Prefer candidate to be licensed in CA but will look at candidates licensed elsewhere. Will be working via telephone triage taking in a wide range and variety of calls.



Prefer but do not require experience with telephone triage and counseling, managed care
