What are we looking for?

A sharp operations assistant with 2+ years of experience preferably within the Insurance industry!
**MUST be able to verify a 3.0 + GPA with transcripts.

Duties include:
- Provide timely and efficient operational support to the Branch Operations Manager and Underwriters in compliance with quality and service level requirements.
- Ordering loss control inspections, financial and audit reports, review and processing of premium audits.
- Renewal solicitation processes.
- Review of reinsurance certificates.
- Handle communications with brokers, providing information on individual policies to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for maintaining underwriting file according to written procedures.
- Provide general assistance to Branch Operations Manager and other staff members as necessary
