Pharmaceutical Reps Needed

We are seeking best in class pharmaceutical sales professionals to invest in an industry change to The Hartford. The Hartford's sales reps work with independent agents in the same way that pharmaceutical reps work with doctors. You will not sell insurance to the consumer and will receive a base salary plus bonus. Our distribution model mirrors the pharmaceutical industry's best sales practices and will leverage your sales knowledge to promote strong agency relationships.

The Sales Representative sells to established independent agents who have contracted to sell our insurance products. That means the agents want to place their business with The Hartford and you will be there to help them understand our products and services.

Your success is based on developing strong business relationships with your agents. The stronger your business relationship with the agent, the more business we receive and the more money you make.

· Put a Name With The Face

This position is for you if you thrive on direct contact with the client and prefer to personally know the people you conduct business with. Successful Sales Representatives interact personally with their agents through regular office visits and networking events.

· Not Just Commission
