Phase I ESA Assessor

A nationwide vendor for the banking, real estate and insurance industry is seeking experienced Independent Contractor vendors to perform Phase I ESA field work in the Greater Denver Metropolitan area. Potential Independent Contractors must have experience conducting Phase I ESA surveys. Potential Independent Contractors must have a PE and/or PG license AND 3 years relevant experience; or, a License or certification by a governmental agency AND 3 years relevant experience; or, Baccalaureate (or higher) degree in engineering or science AND 5 years of relevant experience; or, 10 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Potential Independent Contractors must have a computer with high speed Internet access. A digital camera is also needed for taking photos of property and adjoining premises. Must have reliable transportation as work involves primarily local travel with some limited regional and national travel possible. Responsibilities include inspecting property, business operations and adjoining properties to evaluate the potential for environmental concern.
