Policy Analyst Assistant - Policy Management Group - Morristown

General Summary

Assists Policy Review Specialist to ensure that policy reviews are conducted, maintained and in compliance with Marsh Professional Standards and Policy Management Group Procedures.



Essential Functions



o Follow-up for policies with underwriters on a daily basis, and log follow-up dates in policy tracking database

o Receive and log all PMG-incoming policies into policy tracking database

o Ensure that policies are received with all required back-up information

o Perform preliminary policy review of non-technical items (e.g.: dec. page information, endorsement schedule, exposure

o Create a draft Policy Summary for each policy

o Keep department attendance

o Ensure compliance with company and department standards and procedures

o Other administrative tasks as assigned



Miscellaneous

o Prior insurance experience a plus

o Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

o Strong Organizational Skills
