Product Analyst/Product Manager

They currently offer opportunities depending on experience as a Product Analyst, Senior Product Analyst or Product Manager.


As a Product Analyst you will apply knowledge and experience to ensure appropriate price levels and product design for a state(s). Works closely with V.P. of Product Management to determine, recommend, and implement appropriate changes to state product design and Internet site functionality. Has the ability to plan, design and review testing applications for multiple price models. Participates in limited Ad Hoc analyses and process improvements. Expected to draw conclusions from analyses, and effectively communicates observations, results and findings. You must offer strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability, and principles of finance. A Four-year undergraduate degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience. MBA desired. Superior oral and written communication skills


As a Product Manager your primary role is to strategically position products and services to meet client's needs, build company revenues and meet corporate objectives within a state, product or business unit by developing a business strategy and leading its implementation. The Product Manager will also lead, motivate, enable and manage a team of seasoned professionals plus work through other functional areas to accomplish business objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced, decisive business leader with practical business judgment and possess the vision and skills necessary to ensure success. To be considered you must offer a Bachelor's degree with a MBA highly desired. Strong PC skills (spreadsheet knowledge is critical) Good oral and written communication skills.


Ideal candidates will offer product experience within an auto and/or homeowners product environment.
