Contour Information Services, Inc. is an insurance inspection company covering the western USA. We provide loss control underwriting surveys for insurance companies. Our inspectors work on an independent contractor basis from their homes covering their local area. Job Description:



At the request of an existing customer we are expanding our operation to New Jersey on 10/1/06. Opportunities are available for residential property inspectors in all NJ counties.



As an insurance inspector, your job is to visit dwellings and perform a simple walk-around observation of the property. The proprietary inspection report uses a check-box format to provide information about the construction, occupancy, maintenance, and condition of the risk, and to report on any existing damage or potential for loss.
Job Qualifications:



Inspection experience or background in Loss Control or Claims Adjusting

Good knowledge of Property and Liability safety issues

Ability to identify building construction features

Ability to identify potential hazards

Familiarity with computers is must

Digital camera
