Are you a Risk Manager with 3+ years experience in corporate risk management or property / casualty underwriting or brokerage?

We are a large developer of master planned communities seeking to hire Division Risk Managers for our Woodland Hills and Roseville, California operations.

What you will be doing as our Risk Manager:

- Gathers and prepares underwriting information and schedules.
- Updates / maintains Division claim runs, certificates of insurance and bonds.
- Provides analysis and recommendations with regard to claim runs, OCIP (wrap) bid reports and bond release efforts.
- Participates in planning and developing strategies for controlling loss and risk exposures at Division field and office sites.
- Assists in the compilation, distribution and ongoing update of field site manuals.
- Provides technical information, guidance and assistance.
- Coordinates and assists premium allocation efforts.
- Assists with Division claim reporting, adjustment and recovery.

Skills you will need to excel as our Risk Manager:

- BA/BS Degree preferred.
- ARM Designation and/or CPCU a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate risk management or property/casualty underwriting or brokerage.
- Previous experience with a land developer or home builder is preferred.
- Research methods, data collection / sampling techniques and statistical analysis.
- Technical record-keeping techniques and requirements.
- Skill in developing project safety procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of cost analysis techniques.
