WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Qualified candidates will have the following requirements:

Must have extensive experience in supervising and managing within an investigative unit and / or insurance company SIU. The successful candidate must have broad knowledge of investigative practices, interviewing techniques, documentation requirements and rules of evidence. Must have the proven ability to lead with integrity and get positive results.

Additionally the candidate must have knowledge of state laws and regulations pertaining to insurance SIU issues and compliance requirements.

Level of Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferred.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

Successful incumbents will be responsible for:

As a SIU Regional Director the successful candidate will become part of the SIU senior leadership team. They will participate in developing and implementing strategies for successfully executing the SIU mission within the assigned territory. There will be two territories, one managing staff in the eastern portion of the country and the other in the western portion.

The Regional Director will supervise, coach and develop Territory Managers within the region. They will work with the Territory Managers to develop and train staff, performance manage when necessary and seek to consistently improve unit performance over time.

The Regional Directors will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with the claim leadership in the territories and facilitate positive SIU / Claims relationships. The will also manage special projects as assigned.
