Expectations:

Candidates that have a successful track record of selling Group Health Insurance to employers or strong groups sales experience is preferred.


The ideal candidate will:


* Assume overall responsibility for a team of professionals to deliver quality service to top tier clients


* Be expected to continue to develop industry and technical expertise in assurance and business advisory areas through written reports and management presentations, manage multiple relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables


* Be expected to share ideas with other staff and support critical reasoning with proper firm and professional standards.


Incentives:


Our Branch Sales Manager compensation includes base salary, commission-based overwrite, incentive bonuses, and outstanding recognition programs such as our Annual Sales Convention. Our associate managers earn $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Our top managers earn $200,000+.


Requirements:

* Training and knowledge based on "Best Practices", (proven methods and techniques) created by and for the field
