WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience with Group Life and Disability products. Strong customer service skills, self-motivated, can work independently. Ability to interact effectively with brokers, clients and administrative support.
Proficient in PC Windows, Excel/Lotus, Microsoft Word applications
Time management
Creative problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Provide comprehensive support to Life & Disability Sales Representatives and Regional Account Management Team.
Serve as in house back-up for Priority Account Sales Reps. Manage Key Priority Account customer service requests.
Provide excellent customer service to Brokers and Clients
Prepare reports, presentations, letters and memos
Research, collect materials for renewals, on-going communication activities
Assist in new case installations, billing, enrollments, claim set-up, contracts and administrative kits
Be a liaison with home office administration, assist with client benefit changes, address changes and other client needs
Office administration and management support including: Handling confidential information, PTO reconciliation, expense reports, travel arrangements, general office duties (i.e. filing, faxing)
