TEAM LEADER - CALL CENTER
-Wall, NJ-

Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of quality service within our high-performing call center. In this role, you will supervise/coordinate work flow; lead, coach, motivate and evaluate staff; monitor results and develop action plans; oversee the implementation of process improvements; and review budget/administrative cost data. Your goal will be to achieve an inspired atmosphere of open communication, teamwork, empowerment and pride in ownership.

To qualify, you must have:
o Bachelor's Degree
o 5 years experience in a Call Center environment.
o 3+ years of supervisory experience.
o Superior communication/interpersonal skills.
o PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel).
o Health Insurance industry experience preferred.
