WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Prior experience supervising people.
5+ years Workers' Compensation claim handling experience.
Mentoring skills.
Consistent high level of performance and achievement over career span.
CPCU, CIC, SCLA or other professional designation or working toward such designation preferred.
College degree preferred.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

Effective leadership to meet claim service needs of customers.

Communicate Corporate/Claim Department goals and objectives as they relate to the office and team.

Create an environment which supports and motivates team members to develop expert technical and interpersonal skills. Ensure quality claim handling and superior service to a dedicated national account.
