TDS is seeking a top-notch e-learning developer to design and develop web-based training programs used by over 3,000 TDS employees nationwide. Our E-Learning Analysts are skilled in the areas of adult education and training and combine that knowledge with leading development tools like Macromedia Flash and ActionScript to create synchronous and asynchronous e-learning courses.
Our Analysts work the full development cycle of a web-based training course, from training needs assessment to instructional design to development to testing and evaluation. The courses regularly include content delivery (with simulations and practice activities), skills assessments with feedback loops, job aids and more.

As a TDS E-Learning Analyst, you can expect to:
-Perform the full development cycle of an e-learning program, including needs assessment, instructional design, programming logic, technical storyboards, development, testing and QA.
-Serve as project manager for online learning projects
-Assist in prioritizing e-learning training requests from internal customers
-Analyzes results to determine the impact of training on the performance of target audience and if necessary makes adjustments to existing courses
-Participate as a member of a skilled and collaborative E-Learning team, contributing to overall team process improvement efforts and on-going personal skill development

Required Qualifications:
-Associates degree or higher in Communications, Education, Web Design, Instructional Design, Business or 3+ years equivalent work experience
-1+ years experience working with Macromedia Flash
-1+ years experience working with Action Script
Other Qualifications:
-1+ years experience developing web based training simulations/assessments or e-learning courses
-1+ experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks and Macromedia Captivate preferred
-Experience with HTML, and JavaScript desired
-1+ years experience in the training profession or equivalent experience
-Understanding of basic web usability standards, web design, and user interface design
-1+ years experience in project management
