DIRECTOR OF AFFILIATE SALES BLOOMBERG TELEVISION - NY/LA/SF

DESCRIPTION: Bloomberg is seeking three highly motivated, experienced sales representatives to be part of its Affiliate Sales team in its New York and California offices. Primary responsibility is to secure carriage of Bloomberg TV on Cable and Telco distributors, including selling to and managing key regional and system accounts in assigned territory; preparing and conducting sales presentations for prospective affiliates; working closely with Affiliate Marketing department to satisfy system marketing needs; creating projections and managing subscriber growth goals; and preparing timely and accurate reports of affiliate meetings, affiliate sales and marketing activities for senior staff.

REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates must have a minimum 4 years experience selling for a cable programming service to the cable industry at the Director or Vice President level; strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; and the ability and desire to travel approximately 50% of the time.
