Dynamics - GP Business Analyst

Help to implement MS-CRM in 2007!






Job Summary


Responsible for administration and enhancement of the Dynamics-GP ERP infrastructure utilizing analysis skills to improve business functions. Develop project plans in support of specific client directions and initiatives. May implement integration solutions. Provide consultation, coordination, and/or staff support to various strategic committees and programs.






Essential responsibilities (other duties as assigned):


- Understand and support the Dynamics-GP ERP application and infrastructure.


- Promote utilization of Dynamics-GP and related 3rd party applications.


- Analyze complex business problems and assess how to resolve within the Microsoft environment.


- Implement various process improvement initiatives.


- Gather data and analyze business needs in consultation with internal and external resources.


- Provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities.






Qualifications


- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Business / Accounting or a combination of education and experience that provides for the required competencies of the position.


- Minimum 3-5 years of I.T. or Business experience.


- Solid understanding of accounting principles and business operations.


- Strong data analysis skills.


- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities required.


- Thorough and detail oriented.


- Dynamics Great Plains experience preferred.


- Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
