We are currently seeking a Group Product Manager with Passion for Customer-Driven Innovation to play a critical role in creating and delivering on the Support and knowledge strategies of the QuickBooks.com Support website.





Responsibilities:


Act as primary lead in working with Support, Service and Business Line Managers across QBG to develop Web and Knowledge Support strategies that are specific for the web channel as well as the internal Agent.

Work with designers, copywriters, and engineers to create and implement compelling, innovative Web and Agent experiences that enable those strategies.

Manage the production of online content from product concept through completion. .

Manage and resolve escalation issues.

Analyze market research to understand customer behavior, program satisfaction, and emerging business opportunities.

Engage in customer-facing activities and call monitoring regularly. Internalize and represent the Voice of the Customer to the team on a regular basis.





Requirements:


Minimum 8 years experience in Consumer Experiences with Software/Online Web Services, such as Producer, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or User Experience Manager.

Demonstrated Team Leadership/Management experience.

Strong project management experience relating to Web development.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet objectives, fostering strong working relationships.

Experience using project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Quick Base
