Internet Marketing Manager - eCommerce - Website

We are a rapidly expanding marketing agency strong in both creative and technology capabilities. We are seeking an Internet Marketing Manager to research, plan, execute and manage search, affiliate and other Internet marketing strategies for our many clients. This individual will be responsible for leading our customer Internet strategies to ensure alignment with individual corporate business line tactics.

What you will be doing:

~ Recommend and lead Internet marketing programs for multiple clients
~ Responsible for paid search business performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA and conversion rates
~ Lead and participate in cross cross-functional project teams to drive results for ROI
~ Ensure that web site design and content meets brand, optimal Search Engine requirements and legal standards
~ Act as primary business liaison for Search Engine strategies and management and content
~ Support in developing business rules and requirements related to US and global Internet projects
~ Lead ongoing management of Email marketing
~ Interface with Executive Management and other key managers as needed to champion new ideas and report on program progress and results
~ Conduct competitive analysis
~ Input towards creative collateral and designs for web campaigns, print campaigns, affiliate campaigns and internal usage
~ Optimize web sites and evaluating media partnerships
~ Data retrieval from web databases
~ Ability to work with and manage a team
~ Detailed reporting and analysis of campaigns creating recommendations towards the achievement of campaign strategy
~ Close liaison, communication, and relationships to management and marketing and media partners to track the success of the business

What an ideal candidate will have:

~ 3+ years experience in the field
~ the ability to show a quality portfolio in the areas of Internet Marketing, search engine and other related PPC projects
~ The ability to work as a management member of a team
~ Strong work ethic and time management skills
~ Excellent understanding of web design, the Internet and Online Marketing concepts
~ Excellent writing and communication skills; demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts
