We are currently in need of two new Java Developers in our Waukesha, WI office.





Our Java Developers work closely with other members of the Connecture development team to deliver high quality web-based sales support solutions for the health insurance industry. The Application Developer's primary responsibility is for presentation-tier and middle-tier development tasks. The Application Developer candidate must possess strong problem solving and communication skills in addition to having a customer-focused mindset and an understanding of the importance of accountability and attention to detail. Some travel to either the Atlanta or Milwaukee offices will also be expected for those team members working with cross-located project teams.


Requirements:






Minimum of 3 years of proven programming experience with one or more object oriented programming languages (Java, Delphi, C++, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years working in a UNIX or Windows NT/2000 environment.

Relational Database experience (Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, Oracle).

GUI desktop development experience

LDAP Experience

BEA WebLogic and/or IBM WebSphere experience

Java Certified Programmer a plus
