Position description: Flash development of clean, re-usable code for use in custom eLearning modules and internationalized eLearning modules.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience Flash development/ Action Script experience.
- OOP experience in Action Script.
- Demonstrated experience developing Flash in an internationalized environment.
- Ability to work with dynamically loaded media in XML.
- Experience in an eLearning environment strongly desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills including working on a team and interacting with clients.
- Physically located in the Puget Sound area.
- Existing home office setup.
- Formal education corresponding to Flash design and development preferred but not required.
- Graphic design experience a plus, but in this position is secondary to technical skills.
- Experience with accessibility requirements strongly preferred.

Education requirements: Formal education corresponding to Flash design and development preferred but not required. Experience and skill set outweigh need for formal education.
