Organizational Communications Specialist, Global Diagnostic

Responsibilities
Support an integrated communications strategy and programs for Global Diagnostic Imaging, a $5 billion business of GE Healthcare, reporting to the Communications Manager of Global DI. Responsibilities include:Support the development and deployment of measurable, creative, integrated and effective internal communication programs that consistently reach a geographically dispersed team. Build annual communication plans and programs for Diagnostic Imaging business leaders and key business initiatives.Develop timely and message-consistent communications materials for employees-from internal collateral materials, organizational-related communications, and news articles/updates and more.Facilitate the creation and dissemination of value-added communications to the field sales teams.Plan, manage and follow-up on key events, such as town halls, roundtables and other communications vehicles such as webchats and webcasts.Work closely with Diagnostic Imaging managers and HR team for internal communications support.Partner with Public Relations and Marketing Communications teams to drive a consistent, integrated approach to communications in Diagnostic Imaging.Serve as a member of the internal communications team for GE Healthcare and align and work on programs that support the overall GE Healthcare communications strategy and messaging.~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications
Customer-focused attitudeBachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Sales & MarketingFour or more years experience in employee communications, commercial communications or sales & marketingStrong, proven writing skills and effective oral communications skillsStrong interpersonal, client consultation and problem-solving skills Excellent project management skills & passionate desire for action and measurable resultsExperience and demonstrated aptitude managing multiple clientsAbility to simplify strategy into specific actions and execute with sense of urgency Desired
Previous experience in Sales & Marketing or Commercial communicationsExperience performing internal communications/internal marketing programsExperience working in or servicing clients in the healthcare or service-related industryKnowledge of web and IT devices/programs to reach geographically dispersed audiences General
