Your mission as a Technical Yahoo! within the Mobile Advertising team will be to contribute to the design, development and testing of Yahoo's mobile advertising systems. We are seeking a well-rounded and versatile developer who thrives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities, who has a keen interest in emerging technologies, and who can collaborate with a team yet work independently, and dive into working on front-end and back-end components.


Basic Requirements:

* Demonstrated hands-on software development experience with Java.
* Proven experience with J2EE technologies, e.g. EJB, JDBC, JMS, Struts.
* A background in RDBMS development.
* Familiarity with database schema design, OO design, and design patterns.
* Excellent debugging, problem solving and testing skills.

Preferred Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's preferred.
* Oracle PL/SQL.
* Apache/Tomcat.
* Perl.
* IDEs, e.g. IntelliJ IDEA
* OR mapping tools, e.g. Hibernate
