Job Summary

The Asset Protection Specialist educates associates on safety and asset protection. Supports store management in the execution of loss prevention, safety, asset protection and inventory recovery strategies. Weekend and evening availability required.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains and enforces OSHA regulations
Protect the interest of the great indoors assets
Assists in the protection of the assets of the business
Assists in training of all associates in regards to safety and asset protection
Participates on the safety committee as requested
Investigates reports as assigned
Tracks cash overs and shorts and resolves discrepancies
Maintains a safe environment for customers and associates
Actively participates on the inventory committee as requested
Always represents the great indoors by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Exhibits a sense of ownership and empowerment
Miscellaneous duties as requested by senior management
