The Washington State Liquor Control Board's Enforcement and Education Division is recruiting for the Human Resource Director in Olympia, WA.

This position will manage the Human Resource Office, consisting of eleven HR professional and technical staff. This position provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of all aspects of Human Resource Management. The principle responsibilities include organization development, labor relations, personnel administration, diversity, safety and training and development.

Desirable Qualifications:
The LCB is most interested in candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, business or public administration, social sciences or allied field.
- Five or more years of professional experience as a human resource manager.
- The ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external partners on state and federal levels.
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity in the workplace.
- Strong knowledge and experience in a variety of Human Resource program areas such as organizational development, the corrective and disciplinary action process, classification and salary administration, recruitment and selection, equal employment and labor laws and regulations.

Salary: $70,000- $85,000 annually, DOQ, plus a complete benefits package.
