Corporate Associate

Position Type: Full Time

Our Silicon Valley client seeks a 3rd or 4th year associate to work in their Corporate Transactions Group. The ideal candidate has a broad background in corporate and transactional work, with an emphasis on corporate finance, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Individual must be able to work in a team but also handle significant responsibility. Requirements
Solid academic credentials coupled with strong written and communication skills as well as some supervisory and management experience required.
