Director, Business & Legal Affairs

Fox Interactive Media is seeking an attorney to join the Business and Legal Affairs department at its headquarters in Beverly Hills, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Draft and negotiate software development, licensing and joint venture agreements for the division.
-Analyze and review contracts and proposals, and participate in construction of deal structure and business strategy.
-Assist with integration of newly acquired companies.
- Provide legal support to and coordinate with ongoing operations of businesses under the Fox Interactive Media umbrella.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong record from a top tier law school.
- 4-8 years of experience with complex corporate transactions at a nationally-recognized law firm, preferably including internet/technology experience.
- Experience and competency as the primary attorney on client matters, including strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Good common sense and judgment and desire to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
