Estate Planning Paralegal

Position Type: Full Time

Well respected East Bay Firm is seeking an estate planning paralegal with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and administering estate plans and trust administration. Experience in handling probate matters is a plus.

The Estate Planning Paralegal will work under the direct supervision of an attorney.

Duties:
- Drafting of estate planning documents;
- Assisting in the administration of trusts;

Education/Training: Paralegal Certificate required, B.A. or B.S. desired
