Litigation/ Corporate Paralegal

Prestigious, Bay Area-based firm is seeking a paralegal with both litigation and corporate experience, 3+ years of total experience, for their San Francisco office. This unique position requires the ability to pick up new skills with ease and the ability switch tasks smoothly. On the corporate side, a general understanding of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is a must. On the litigation front, candidates must be well-versed in all phases of litigation, particularly in discovery management.
