The San Francisco office of a well-known Real Estate law firm is seeking a paralegal to support its transactional practice group. This firm provides a full scope of legal services tailored to the Real Estate industry, including real estate transactions, real estate litigation, and environmental and land use law. Requirements
This position focuses on real estate finance and land development. Key responsibilities include title and survey review, due diligence, and real estate closings. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of paralegal experience, with emphasis on title and survey work. Previous law firm experience is strongly preferred, and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team is essential.
