Paralegal

In this position, you will work with the Senior Counsel Intellectual Property and an Assistant in the enforcement and defense of Fox's Intellectual Property rights worldwide. You will be responsible for preparing oppositions and cancellation actions, drafting cease and desist letters and settlement agreements. In addition you will research, obtain evidence, correspond with foreign counsel and handle other issues that arise in connection with the enforcement and protection of Fox's marks.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of trademark or other intellectual property experience and a paralegal certification of equivalent. In addition, you must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, as well as document and case management systems, and possess excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Attention to detail, as well as excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills are essential. Bachelor's degree preferred.
