Paralegal - Transactional/Corporate

Position Type: Temporary / Consulting

A small firm in the Biltmore Coordior is seeking a transactional paralegal with experience in corporate, real estate, IP, and business formation. This firm is a strong, growing firm that will provide tremendous opportunity. This is a contract position, however it has the possibility of becoming fulltime. The paralegal candidate will be working with an average of 30-40 cases. The candidate in the position has an opportunity for growth into a paralegal supervisory role. Candidate must be detail oriented and achievement oriented.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements
This paralegal position will include some legal secretarial duties as well. Candidate should possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and administrative skills. Paralegal must have 10 or more years of transactional and corporate experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
