TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT / LABOR ATTORNEY --PART TIME--ALAMEDA!

Position Type: Temporary / Consulting

Employment / labor litigator need for a 20 hour/week project in a high-end boutique firm in Alameda. Project requires a commitment of at least 6 weeks, and the attorney will be expected to handle all case issues from inception to completion, including motion writing, drafting, research, discovery, trial preparation, and case management. SIGNIFICANT labor and employment litigation (management-side) experience required.
